The existing Modicon system was upgraded with Siemens PCS7 system. Entire re-wiring & new installation work was done by FOX within record time. The entire plant was taken back in production with new system within 8 days of shutdown.

The system was designed to control all the raw material storage operation, material dosing to reactors & pre-mix vessels, heating cooling control of the reactors. Total four reactors were controlled by the PCS7 system. The product was emulsion & industrial resin.

The hardware was designed with one S7-400 PLCs & approximately more than 2000 IOs. The HMI system was consists of three WinCC stations.
