Project Synopsis

Electrode regulation is part of furnace automation and involves optimizing the impedance of the arc electrodes.

The objective of this project is to design and deliver automation system that can convert the waste scrap into re-usable metal for industrial needs. The control algorithm is handled by two S7-400 PLC and the monitoring and control are carried out in WinCC SCADA.
