Line Automation using S7-400, S7-300, and WinCC & OP7. The system handles line production, energy integration and quality control in Biscuit production line.

For quality control, the size, color & shapes of biscuits are sensed by the vision sensing system.

Production line is controlled using FM352-CAM control. Centralized WinCC station communicates with S7-400 PLC & S7-300 PLC over Ethernet link. Remote OP7 operator panels are installed to carry out remote operator functions. Energy integration & Process Production reports are generated in WinCC with using VB based MIS package.
