Automation system for production line for manufacture of cement boards and corrugated sheets. The existing automation system was upgraded along with considerable upgrade in the process. The Simatic S5 (S5 135u) system was upgraded to S7 (300) system.

The weighing system was replaced with Siwarex system for high accuracy in weighing system. The upgrade resulted in considerable reduction in process cycle time. This upgrade was achieved within five days of commissioning.
