Low cost Automation system for weighting, batching and bagging system. The client is an OEM manufacturer of these machines. All the batching parameters are logged in PLC and displayed on OP7. Different recipes can be created and stored in PLC.
All weighting and batching parameters can be set & controlled from OP7. The system has the capability to communicate with third party device on MODBUS and send necessary data. Reports are generated in OP7 and can be printed.

The scope of work included:

2. Software development & Commissioning.
