Automation system for underbody assembly for FIAT Model D200 & MCV. Failsafe system is provided for emergency and gate safety to avoid accidents. Robot interface is provided over Profibus. Online data, trends, alarm logging is provided on WinCC station. The line has fourteen stations and eighteen robots used for assembly of underbody.
