Migration to Simatic S7 -300R form old hardware logic system. The Burner Management System is a part of the Boiler Management System of 200 X 6 MW thermal power plant. Hence shutdown is critical. Simatic S7 300 Redundant system with two OS and an ES are used to improve availability of the system.

Each unit has two FD and ID Fans and six Mills. Each mill has four burners.

The scope of work included:

1. Design and supply of control systems/ cabinets.
2. Software development
3. Commissioning and performance trials.
