Automation system for Bag house of the cement mill.
The system controls solenoids, rotary airlock feeders to ensure proper dust collection. The PLC controls the sequence of operations based on temperature, pressure and dust levels which are sensed by appropriate sensors.

The scope of work included:

1. Design and supply of control systems/ cabinets.
2. Software development
3. Commissioning and performance trials.
