The De-Carbonization & Nitration line produces treated steel used for building transformer cores. The process involves coating of Magnesium Oxide on 0.2mm to 1.2mm thick & 800mm to 1000mm wide steel (Electrical Grade) sheet. This is then heat treated to achieve the required steel properties.

The scope of work included:

1. Design and supply of SCADA system on Wonder ware platform.
2. Commissioning of SCADA and ac drives.
