The project involved software commissioning and site commissioning of Trend Control System for Building Management System that was supplied by Al Futtaim Engineering and installed at Dubai Metro’s two Red Line Depots (Al Rashidiya and Jebel Ali) and one Green Line Depot (Al Qusais).
- The building management system was for controlling the operation of each of three Dubai Metro’s Depots. This included BMS of all buildings in a depot.
- BACNet to Modbus TCP/IP conversion using a gateway.
- Control of Building Management System from remote location on central Operation and Control System. Communication using Modbus TCP/IP on Fibre Optic network.
