Automation system for cement plant in Bangladesh with three S7 systems: one S7-400 for controlling two cement mills, one S7-300 system for controlling a raw mill section and one S7-400 system for packaging & utility control. Gypsum & Clinker are transferred from raw mill after initial grinding to MILL 1 and 2 which are controlled by S7-400 System where final product is prepared. The Final product is transferred to packing section which is being controlled by another S7-400 system.

Complete monitoring of the plant is done at central WinCC stations, where Mill 1 and 2, raw mill and packaging sections are monitored and controlled. Complete data logging & monitoring is done on WinCC for MIS.
