This Project is Part Of 2X250 MW TPS-II Project Of Neyveli Lignite Corporation. The system uses a redundant S7-417H System to control & monitor status of various Feeders, Incomers, Bus-Couplers and Power relays of MCC & PMCC areas.

The MCC & PMCC are controlled through latest state of art switch gear devices such as Simocode PRO-V & 7SJ series of relays which communicate on Profibus with S7 417H system. This controls 198 Simocode Pro-V and 15nos 7SJ series relays of MCC , PMCC area , S7417H PLC sends all collected electrical data & status from Simocode PRO-V and 7SJ series relays to AB PLC through CP341 MODBUS link. It also sends commands from the AB PLC to the devices.

The scope of work includes:

1. Design and supply of control systems and cabinets.
2. Software development & Commissioning
