Micro master 430 drives are used for hot air control in hood dryers. This system is installed to replace the mechanical dampers. Micro master 430 drives are used in WTP area for the pump application to keep the line output pressure constant. This is achieved by using PID controlled by the pressure feedback from the line in the drives Both the applications are implemented for the energy saving.

The scope of work included:

1. Design and supply of control systems & cabinets.
2. Software development.
3. Commissioning.
